Time to work on letter A? We have a whole set of letter A worksheets as a part of our alphabet worksheets series to share with you.
Letter A Worksheets
There are 8 worksheets in this printable set, focusing on lots of different skills (handwriting).
On the first page students are asked to color in all the objects that begin with the letter A (angel, anchor, astronaut, apple).
The second worksheet has an upper and lowercase letter A to trace. To warm up kids can first trace two shapes, a triangle and a circle.
On the third page there is a bunch of letters. Students are asked to circle all the letters A.
Next we have a color by letter page, where students have to identify all the A’s (upper and lower case) and color them to reveal the hidden image.
Following the letter a to get through the maze. Kids are asked to draw a line from start to finish, following the letter A.
If you just need to work on handwriting, there are two pages to trace the letters (with space for kids to try on their own), one with an uppercase A and one with a lowercase A.
Last we have a “Color all the letters A” practice sheet, where students look at the sentences and color all the letters A in them.
